Established in 2003, Xiamen Yunfa Steel Pipes Industrial Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of galvanized, ERW and high frequency welded steel pipes. Located in Xiamen of Fujian Province, we enjoy convenient air and sea transportation. Our workshop covers an area of over 6,000 square meters. Currently, we employ over 100 staff members, including 30 engineers and technical personnel. With an annual output of over 50,000 metric tons, our pipes are used in the production of fitness equipment, indoor/outdoor furniture, leisure products, and medical equipment. We specialize in supplying cold rolled high precision tubes and special and irregular-shaped pipes as follow: A) Round tubes: specs. 7.4mm ~ 114.3mm B) Square tubes: specs. 8mm x 8mm ~ 75mm x 75mm C) Rectangle tubes: specs. 10mm x 15mm ~ 50mm x 100mm D) Special-shaped: oval, hexagon and double ring tubes To ensure that high product quality standards are maintained, we have a team of experienced engineers engaged in conducting QC procedures. We utilize advanced equipment throughout our entire production process. Our R&D system comprises the evaluation of suppliers of materials, testing before the selection of components, incoming quality control (IQC), in-process QC, and on-line QC of finished products prior to packing. Our quality assurance (QA) and control procedures, on-line as well as off-line, ensure that all production processes are under control, and corrective actions can be implemented whenever necessary. Product testing is conducted according to both our internal standards, and those stipulated by clients. Market conditions and consumer handling of products are simulated as part of our research to best facilitate constant improvements.
