We are a subsidiary of Xuzhou Coal Mining Group Corp. (XMC), which operates business units specializing in coal mine design and construction, as well as the production of highly engineered equipment for coal mine industry. XMC has 19 branch companies and 38 subsidiary companies with 65,000 employees and the total fixed assets of USD2.75 billion. Due to advanced technology and equipment, large engineering construction and installation of coal mines, power plants, and civil works of buildings and mansions, tunnels and underground railways have been constructed by our company with a high reputation. One of our branches, Machinery Factory under our group was established in 1912. The factory has 13 different workshops for different purposes, such as casting, forging, welding, processing, electric equipment, and spare-part workshop. It is one of the largest machinery manufacturers in the Eastern China. With different business, XMC produces and sells the following products: 1.
