In past 9 years, our mother company JINING TIANNONG MACHINE CO. mainly design, and build machines, plants, and turn-key production factories for the conditioning and compacting of many different products. Our pellet plants have been applied successfully for compacting organic products of different particle sizes, moisture contents, and bulk densities. From 2004, we began to constantly develop our machines in order to satisfy the need of bio-fuel energy. Now our MZLH-Series Ring Die Pellet Mill are particularly appropriate for products which are difficult to pellet, such as the Wood Waste (Logs, Wood Shavings, Wood Chips, Sawdust), Straw (Miscanthus, Bagasse) and the other Biomasses. Our pellet presses with a drive power from 5.5 kw to 320 kw to make different size pellet. We plan and calculate wood/straw pellet plants according to the requirement of the customer considering the capacity and the local conditions between 1-10ton/1hour. Till now, we have completed 8 turn-key projects on wood pellet in China with 1-2ton/1hour; and exported 6 complete plants to Hungary, Sweden, Malaysia, UK, Vietnam and Ukraine. Especially we developed the MZLP-Series Flat Die Pellet Press to meet the small scale need on bio-fuel for small farmers and families. The capacity is from 50-700kg/1hour which can be fixed and mobile. Our advanced Pellet Stove is popular too with remote control, auto-adjusting on temperature and auto-cleaning on dust. The Complete Biomass Briquette Plant with Capacity 100-1000kg/1hour is meeting the different needs to make briquette or charcoal with diameter 40-100mm and different shape. The assistant equipments are Logs Debarker; Wood Chipping Machine; Wood Hammer Mill; Biomass Crusher; Rotary Drum Dryer; Air-Current Dryer; Mixer; Belt Cooler; Counter-Flow Cooler; Grade Sieve Machine; Semi-Auto Packing Machine and De-dust System. In 2008, we depend on our effort to export more and more our products to 50 foreign countries.
