Yangzhou Zhengyu Boiler Co., Ltd. is located in Yangzhou City which has a long history and flourishing economy, and has abundant manpower, smooth market cooperation and convenient communication. Our company was established in 1966. After 40 years' development, we have formed two professional production lines for boilers and pressure vessels with class B manufacturing license. Moreover, we have obtained ISO9001 certification. Now our company has over 400 employees, 110 of whom are professional technical personnel. The area of our factory is 100,000sqm and the building area is 80,000sqm. Our fixed assets are RMB 4.86 million and we can produce 4000T of boilers and 3200T of pressure vessels. We are one of the first groups to get the manufacturing license for boilers. Our company possesses the advanced numerical control incision machine, hydraulic pressure header contracted machine, large bending plate machine, automatic welder machine, CO2 gas protection welder machine, smoke tube, pipe plate automatic welding machine and other advanced manufacturing equipments, as well as various nondestructive testing equipment, precision measurement, physical and chemical quality testing and other advanced detection equipment, using the EPR management system, and using CAD computer graphic pushing implement of 5S management system. Our company has built up the "people first" principle and strengthened our quality control management. The capacity of boilers is lower than 100 tons/hour and the pressure of boilers is lower than 3.82 MPa. Our main products Industrial boilers, little fire-electricity steam boilers, atmospheric boilers, pressure hot water boilers, intelligent digital oil/gas steam boilers, hot water boilers, heater thermal boilers, heat-recovery boilers, water coal slurry boilers, coal-fired circulating fluidized bed boilers, pressure vessels and no-standard products of lower 10 MPa. In recent years, our circulating fluidized bed boilers and heating centers with sufficient steam rates, low pollution and high efficiency have become the first choices of people.
