Established in 1981, Zhejiang Huangyan Heavy-Duty Plastic Mould Factory is a stock enterprise especially dealing with auto parts. We have area of 150000sqm and more than 328 employees, including 2 senior engineers, 26 engineers, 62 technician and 68 senior locksmiths. Our assets are more than 50 million Yuan. Our outside deco-part and inside deco-part of auto have won national new parts and also our company is the main enterprise of auto part molds in our country.We pay more attention to the technology improvement and technology innovation and increase the equipment ability. We take the lead in introducing some advanced machining equipment from Germany and Taiwan area, such as 3-coordinate measurers, CN imitating milling machines, large precision EDM, injection machines, spot machines and wiring machines. All these make our molds and related products, such as safety bars, meter panels, door plates, steering wheels and mudguards meet the requirements of our customers.At the same time, we quicken the technique advancement. We also pay attention to software. We bought 3 work stations and 12 computers successively. We introduce American Moldflow CAE software and use CAD/CAM software, such as UG, PRO/E and Cimitron.
