Established in 1983, we are a high-tech and scientific enterprise specialized in the research and development, design, manufacture and management of stainless steel valves. Our factory building takes an area of 25mu (16,667sqm). Now our company staffs 188 employees and 16 project technicians, among whom 6 persons are with senior titles and 5 persons are with intermediate titles. With our efforts and enterprising and innovative spirit, our factory has continuously pushed forward the domestically advanced valves to the society. Our products are sold to 26 provinces and cities in the country. To provide more convenience to customers, we have established technical service center in Beijing. Our annual output reaches RMB60,000,000. Due to the advantages such as advanced principle, fine technology, excellent appearance, stable structure and practicality, the products of our factory are deeply favored by customers. On October 31, 2000, our factory attained ISO9001 international quality system certification. We have established new type enterprise system to accommodate the market economy. The characteristics of our company are embodied as follows: Perfect quality management system: The processing part is carried out with quality track inspection from the first procedure. In case of any unqualified condition in any procedure, we will modify or reject any unqualified products. Our outsourcing parts adopt optimal products with marketing research. Our main components have certification or inspection report, and the assembly of product must be carried out according to the precision of the drawing. Complete technical filing management system: Our products are carried out by lifelong equipment with filing system from the original design. The list for spare products and spare parts are available. Our detailed necessary parts are made according to the special specifications under special requirements of customers. A complete set of after-sales service system: We select the powerful after-sales service persons to carry out the installation and debugging for customers. We train the operators to help visiting customers to know the operation situation of our equipment. We also collect the first-hand materials and establish lifelong filing system for customer equipment. Two-year guarantee is executed, and during the guarantee period, necessary parts are supplied in lifelong method.
