We cover 6000 square meters with workshop area, office building, and dormitory area, located near Guanlan International Golf Court in Guanlan Town of Shenzhen. We mainly consist of three factories: Zhongda Plastic Precision Mould Factory; Zhongxinda Plastic Precision Ornaments production Factory; and Zhonghuida Plastic Precision and Hardware Painting Factory. Our company introduces the most advanced CNC equipments, with a group of young powerful and highly-qualified technicians, providing ID design, production configuration research, and injecting molding business. We adopt advanced techniques and equipments from Japan, such as Slow-Feeding Wire-Cut Machine and Spark Machine, and introduce high precise Injection Molding Machine from Taiwan area, with a dust free workshop. We can provide high precise products for our customers. We can also undertake the orders according to your designs. This ensures the quality of our products to fulfill the standards of international quality supervised authority. Our company has a group of professional members who are proficient in IMD/IML manufacturing. We can provide product development, mould design and producing, film printing, three-dimensional film molding, IMD/IML, and injection molding. We have advanced production equipments and test instruments and own a high dust free workshop to ensure every piece of our products perfect. Our company also owns a 2000 square meter dust-free painting workshop, and two production lines with automatic circle painting equipments from Taiwan area. With advanced hardness testing instrument, we can provide all kinds of paintings: rubber paint, PU polishing oil, UV polishing oil, and hardware painting.
