Zigong High Pressure Valve Co., Ltd. (ZF for short) was originally established in 1958, and is a large-sized skeleton enterprise of the Ministry of Machinery of China, mainly assorted with war industry. In 1985, ZF introduced the complete set of long-distance transportation pipeline valve manufacturing know-how and equipment from Kitamura Valve Manufacturing Co. of Japan (KTM). Then ZF established KTM Ball Valve Manufacturing (Sichuan) Co., Ltd. and Alpha Max Actuator Manufacturing Co., Ltd. & Gereat Co., Ltd., totally three joint venture enterprises. In 2001, our company introduced control valve manufacturing technology & equipment from one of the world's top 500 companies - GE Nuovo Pignone of America Universal Electric Company. Zigong High Pressure Valve Co., Ltd. has 1080 staff members, thereinto 258 technicians and 2 experts enjoy State Department Allowance, with the land area of 170,000sqm. With rich capability of technology, ZF owns Valve Research Institute and the Center of Valve Performance Testing & Fire Safe Test Device. We are leading the way in China's valve manufacturing industry and specialized in manufacturing more than two thousand varieties of sizes & pressure rating of Feiqiu brand control valves, including High-Medium Pressure Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Check Valves, Safety Valves, Power-Plant Valve, Regulating Valves of various standards & materials, and actuate mode special valves with sizes ranging from 1mm to 1500mm, pressure up to 3500LB and working temperatures of -196~950 degrees centigrade. In 2003, ZF supplied 2 inches ~ 32 inches high-powered pneumatic adjusting butterfly valves with metal-to-metal seals and pneumatic shut-down ball valves with metal-to-metal seals for Propylene Acrylic Project in Jilin Petrochemical Group; supplied 10 inches ~ 32 inches Pneumatic emergency shut-down ball valves for Jilin Petrochemical Ethylene Project; and supplied class 600LB, 10 inches~40 inches full weld body & forged ball valves with Gas Over Oil Actuator for Western Gas Easter Transportation Pipeline Project. All kinds of technologies of our products have achieved the level of imported congener products. We have filled the blank of fully welded body ball valves in China and ended the history that overseas manufacturers monopolized the market in the field.
