Shree Fasteners offers special type of fasteners. We offer mini-anchor irvet nuts and self-clinching nuts and self-clinching standoffs for sheet metal applications. Mini-anchor rivet nut is a threaded insert which when flared over a sheet metal, is permanently placed into that sheet metal. Thus it creates a strong reliable thread in that sheet. The sizes of rivet nuts vary from M2 thru M8. The sheet thickness from 0. 5 thru 5 mm can be used. The installation of mini-anchor rivet nuts is very simple. It is done with a tool, and can be done manually or on a press when quantity of rivet nuts is large. The rivet nuts elliminate the use of weld nuts and avoid the energy cost and large welding equipment cost incurred in case of weld nuts. The finishing is also better than weld nuts. Self-clinching nut is a threaded device which when pressed into a sheet metal, is permanently placed into that sheet. Thus it creates a strong reliable thread in that sheet. The sizes of self-clinching nuts vary from M3 thru M8. The minimum sheet thickness is 1 mm. Self-clinching nuts provide a very high strength joint in the sheet. Self-clinching standoff is a threaded device which when pressed into a hole in sheet metal, is permanently placed into that sheet. Thus creates a strong and reliable thread in that sheet. The length of standoff is important as the standoffs are used to stack / space two different sheets from eachother. We have been manufacturing these fasteners since 2002 and have customers all over India. The applications are electronics, telecommunication, computer and computer peripherals, home appliances, electrical equipments, medical equipments and so on.
