Zhengzhou Yutong Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yutong Group"), headquartered in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, is a large international group with diversified, cross-industry and high-tech production capabilities covering passenger cars, environmental protection, engineering machinery and special vehicles, auto parts and real estate, etc. The Group operates with the product as the head, capital as the link and enterprise culture as the center, developing at a rapid speed. Zhengzhou Yutong Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yutong Heavy Industries") is the core enterprise of Yutong Group, a professional manufacturer setting the research and development, manufacture and sales service in one. We have been certified as the high-tech enterprise by Science and Technology Agency, Henan Province. As a large national appointed enterprise for producing military and civil engineering machinery, Yutong Heavy Industries is also the manufacturer for producing engineering machinery and special equipment for the PLA. Being one of the 50 largest engineering machinery manufacturers, we own independent import and export rights. The Company is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, with registered capital of 600 million and more than 3,000 employees. In 2013, a positive growth of the business was still achieved even though the industry was in downturn.

Yutong Heavy Industries has built a provincial-level technical center which also functions as the engineering machinery research center with the national academician workstation of Zhengzhou City, having a strong R & D capability. More than 30 “China First” products were made this Company, including the first hydrodynamic torque converter, the first power shift transmission, the first self-propelled scraper, the first large-power wheel bulldozer and so on. Therefore, Yutong Heavy Industries is known as “the Cradle for China's Engineering Machinery Design and Manufacture”.

The former of Yutong Heavy Industries was Henan Heavy Machinery Plant. After reform and recombination, the Company focused on the development of new products. Up to now, we have successfully developed a series of high value-added products, like rotary drilling rig, long spiral drill rig, crawler cranes, dynamic compactor, and mining dump truck, etc. Currently, the Company has formed the Foundation Engineering Machinery Department, Mining Machinery Department, Special Vehicles Department, Environmental Sanitation Machinery Department and International Marketing Department as well as a wholly-owned subsidiary (i.e. Yutong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.), with the business scope covering the foundation construction, resource exploitation and environmental protection. Of which, the market share of the products like the package landfill environmental equipment, dynamic compactor, impact compactor and long spiral drill rig ranks first in China, and that of the rotary drilling rig is also in the leading position. In overseas, the sales of high-tech and new, cutting-edge products represented by the multi-functional rotary drilling rig, new-generation loader and scraper is increasing rapidly, which has become a new highlight.

As the professional manufacturer of the engineering machinery for the PLA engineer troops, Yutong Heavy Industries has made outstanding contributions to China’s defense in the past 50 years. We have provided for the General Armament Department with many military products such as the wheel bulldozer, wheel loader, pull-type flatbed truck, high-speed bulldozer and high-speed loader, which are widely used in national defense construction. Meanwhile, we also developed the 2007-25-type multi-functional rapid crusher for the General Logistics Department of the PLA. Such product is also certified as the China National Invention Patent and the National Utility Model Patent, filling the gap in this area.

Yutong Heavy Industries has settled in a new industrial park since 2013. The new industrial park covers an area of about 2000 mu (1,320,000 m2), where we are enjoying the advanced, energy-saving, environmental-friendly technical conditions which provide us a strong support for the development and manufacture of new products. The use of the new industrial park will facilitate us to go up to a new stage!
