Zhejiang Balford Mechatronics Co.,ltd was found on 2017, as an metal stamping & fabrication factory integrated with design, manufacturing and trading, located in Deqing district of Huzhou, 50km from Xiaoshan international airport and 2 km from highway exit, the transportation is quite convenient!
Balford has a management team with over five engineers, fully equipped with all kinds of machinery and facility, such as hydraulic press, pressing machine, digital lathe, machining center, drilling machine etc, over one hundred sets of professional equipments. We has four advantage projects: 1, stainless steel deep drawing 2, light gauge steel deep-drawing 3, tube stamping 4, ironing & thinning drawing parts, mainly assembled to world famous motor suppliers.
We has over ten years experience on manufacturing motor housing, with techniques of stamping, forming, deep-drawing, drilling, tapping, bending, CNC, powder-coating, zinc-plating, e-coating etc, focused on auto parts.
We serve with PPAP process, provide with IMDS，Rohs, salt-spray, film thickness test reports etc.
