PROTECTIVE FINISHING WAX FOR INTERIORS AND EXTERIORS

COMPOSITION

Wax and resin, polyethylene, paraffin and microcrystalline, self-levelling fluorosilanes, fungicidal, preservative emulsions, essences, water.

PROFILE

NEOCOT is a water-based liquid wax that gives items a semi-gloss finish and at the same time increases stain protection properties. To be used as a preserving and finishing product after the priming treatment outdoors. Facilitates maintenance operations.

IMPORTANT: for regular cleaning, do not use alcohols, or acid, solvent or ammonia based-detergents.

INTENDED USE

NEOCOT is a product that completes and increases stain protection properties on outdoor surfaces, suitable for cotto, terracotta, clinker, concrete, unpolished natural stone and coarse stoneware

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake well before use. Always use at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C. Avoid application on surfaces exposed to direct sunlight. SOME EXAMPLES OF TREATMENT:

1) after FOLLET-C proceed with 1-2 coats of NEOCOT.

2) after KRIPTON HS proceed with 2 coats of NEOCOT.

After having checked that the surfaces treated with the products are dry and even (after about 2/24 hours) apply the first coat of NEOCOT, applying it evenly using an applicator or cotton cloth and brush. Let dry for 1-2 hours. Apply a second coat using the same method. On coarse porcelain stoneware, apply it directly (without base primers) using the same method. As a special maintenance treatment we recommend applying it every 8/12 months. After applying the treatment, protect from water and weathering for at least 24 hours. For a close range maintaince it can be diluted in water (max. 50%). Always run some test applications before applying it to the definitive surfaces.

PROPERTIES

DILUTION: Ready for use. For more frequent maintenance, it can be diluted up to a maximum of 50% in water.

DRYING/WALKABLE: after 2 hours.

TIME OF REACTION: 48 hours.

YIELD: Approximately 16/22 sqm/l per coat.

HOW TO CLEAN EQUIPMENT: Wash with water.

STORAGE: Closed in the original packaging, in a cool place away from frost and UV rays, it retains its properties for at least one year.
