PROFILE

DECERWAX is a mixture of specific hydro-solvents, inorganic alkalis, surfactants and special wetting agents with multiple characteristics.

INTENDED USE

DECERWAX acts fast on all types of surfaces: cotto, clinker, stoneware, ceramic, marble, concrete, etc... It removes old layers of oil and wax-based treatments ensuring complete and maximum dewaxing effectiveness. It also removes mould and grease stains. On new floors it facilitates the removal of oxidation (dark marks). It must not be used on resilient flooring.

INSTRUCTIONS

Shake well before use. To remove old layers of oil, wax or resin, dilute 1 part of DECERWAX in 2-3 parts of water, apply the solution to the floor and leave it to work for 10/20 minutes. The surface should be always wet by the product. Go over the surface with the single brush floor cleaner fitted with an abrasive disk for at least 1-2 minutes per sqm, simultaneously releasing water (possibly warm) from the tank, then vacuum before the product is reabsorbed by the material. After this operation, neutralise the surface using an acid solution. Finally, rinse with clean water following the same procedure. If the product is used as a deoxidiser on new floors, which feature very old “dark streaks”, apply the product neat on the entire surface, letting it work for a few hours, even for a day if needed. The alkaline solution will tend to try (this does not compromise its action). Before intervening pour some water and DECERWAX on the floor and rub with abrasive disks. Protect delicate surfaces that may come into contact with the product. Always run some test applications before applying it to the definitive surfaces.
