用途 :
1.医药
L-丙氨酸是合成VB6的重要原料,是营养剂《补精氨基酸营养输液》的组分之一。
半胱氨酸主要用于肝脏药,解毒药,祛痰药等医药品。
半胱氨酸及其衍生物可用于肝脏中毒解毒、解热镇痛、溃疡治疗、疲劳恢复、输液及综合氨基酸制剂等,特别用于祛痰;治疗支气管炎和化痰作用。
以L-丙氨酸为主要成分的《氨基酸注射液—800》,主治肝、脑病,并促使肝昏迷患者迅速苏醒,同时也是一种利尿的良药。
2.食品添加剂
(1)可提高食品的营养价值,在各类食品及饮料中,如:面包、冰糕点、果茶、奶制品、碳酸饮料、冰糕等。加入0.1~1%的丙氨酸可明显提高食品及饮料中的蛋白质利用率,并且由于丙氨酸具有能被细胞直接吸收的特点,因此,饮用后能迅速恢复疲劳,振奋精神。
(2)改善人工合成甜味剂的味感,可使甜度增效,减少用量。在复配甜昧剂加入1~10%的丙氨酸,能提高甜度、甜味柔和如同天然甜昧剂,并可改善口味。
丙氨酸还是合成高甜度的阿力甜(Alitame,L-天门冬酰-D-丙氨酰胺,为蔗糖甜度的600倍)原料之一。
