Seam welding is one of the basic processes in resistance welding.The continuous seam is formed by a lot of overlapped welding spors.Two lapped welding pieces are forced between two
electrodes(welding wheels).After squeezing,wheels rotate and the welding pieces are gone forward.The welding current may be switched on continuously or intermittently.
By means of using the intermittent welding,the high quality welding seam can be got,but it should be controlled the welding processing with the help of control cabinet.
Seam welding model FN1-150-1/2 are used respectively for transversal and longitudinal welding of non galvanized mild steel of alloy steel plates equipped with control cabinet model KF4-500-1.
