Angle Bending Machine

Angle bending machine, one of the Angle processing machinery. we can divide the CNC Angle machine into three kinds.

1. Worm and gear Angle sheet bending machine
The motor provides a power base for the wheel movement, and the internal straight gear and worm gear can be used to rotate the working disk after it is slowed down. The working disk of the bending machine contains nine pores, one of which is used to insert the central axis, and most of the rest is used to insert the shaft. In order to increase the flexibility of the instrument, it is easy to move the Angle, and there are also feeding rolls on both sides of the workbench. Put an Angle on the inside of the iron shaft, which causes the Angle to bend.
2. Gear Angle Sheet bending machine
ThisAngle sheet bending machineis the control of Angle to achieve the purpose of Angle bending. After the degree of Angle bending is determined by itself, the Angle primary mechanism and several limit pins work together. When the Angle of bending is bent to the degree of bending, the limit pin turns on the switch and the motor stops and reverses, eventually reaching the original position and completing the entire bending process.
3. Hydraulic Angle cut off the bending machine
The operation of the hydraulic pump is driven by the electric motor, and a group of pistons is used for the rotation of the bending work disk by using a hydraulic pump. Of course, after completing the bending process, the device\'s cutting mechanism also needs to be noted. We want to borrow the power of the spring to separate the central valve from the hydraulic pump, and the high-pressure oil is flowing back into the tank.
