Description of valve assembly

1.Various sizes are available to fit all F-series mud pumps.

2.The valve and seats of valve assembly produced by our company are made of high quality structural steel 20CrMnTi.

3.The surface hardness is above HRC60 after the course of carburization and quenching. Their grinded conical surface can meet the high roughness requirements and ensure geometry size.

Valve Assembly Component:

The valve assembly comprises a valve seat and a valve body assembly which comprising a valve seat, valve body, valve guide, valve rubber, nut etc.

Function

Valve assembly is equivalent to a switch, the suction valve and discharge valve is opened and closed alternately.F series mud pump suction valve and discharge valve are interchangeable. The service life of the valve rubber directly influences the service life of the valve body assembly. Our products adopt high quality of rubber valve and high geometric précis
