Materials of our separator disc:

Materials used to make separators are usually SKD-61(4Cr5MoSiV1),40CrMo,Cr12 etc, of which SKD-61 is a widely used material with fine temperature strength and flexibility. They separate strips to avoid their hit each other.

Introduction of our separator disc:

Separator Disc is mainly used in sheet slitting processing line to complete the receiving work, make every width of each strip keeping a certain gap and not collide with each other.

The knife separator when made will go through such flows as heat treatment, leveling, grinding , polishing, chrome plating(0.05m/mt) and re-polishing to get high grade finish .

They features a high wear resistance and therefore metal strips are brought in, neat and clean.

These discs are precision manufactured to your exact specifications ,flat edges ,single bevels or double bevels, all taper length, all sizes, all thicknesses-- we all carry. Alloy grades are hardened up to 58/60 Rockwell C for the longest lasting, dependable performance at wholesale prices.
