1.We choose Fresh sound clean bell pepper , Cut to desired shape, process by hot air dehydration.

2.Different shapes and sizes could be supplied. There are dehydrated green bell pepper and red bell pepper. We could offer you diced bell pepper and dehydrated bell pepper flakes. All the products could be supplied as requests.

3.It has typical bell pepper flavor. The color is natural dark red or dark green. The moisture is less than 8%.

4.Packing : 20kg/CTN, or 25kg kraft paper bags with PE inside bags. Or as requests

5.The dehydrated bell pepper products should be stored in cool and dry area. sealed to minimized transfer and contamination.The shelf life is about 18 months.
