Incoming materials, once they have passed our quality control testing, are entirely ”encoded“ according to our internal procedures. This ensures the safest handling of yarn batches with a life-long product traceability. EVERY SINGLE METER OF FABRIC WOVEN ON OUR PREMISES COMES OUT OF OUR LOOMS FILLED WITH CREATIVITY. Indeed, our technical and creative skills enable us to manufacture unique fabrics on demand, based on our customers’ requirements and expectations. We carefully analyze our customers’ needs, especially the fanciest and most ambitious requests to which we reply by creating innovative and unusual fabrics. Even though our primary production was based on cotton fibers, today we are in a position to weave any available fiber as per the market’s trends. Suits fabrication process: Warping: 2 fully automated drawing-in machines, 2 fractional warping machines, 1 sectional warping machine, 1 sizing machine. Weaving: 144 weaving looms, 190/230 wide, subdivided as follows : PROMATECH negative gripper-loom (Silver) PROMATECH negative gripper-loom + double beams (Silver) DORNIER positive gripper-loom Quality control: Every single meter is submitted to a careful quality control inspection performed by the latest available inspection machines, from the weaving process up to the final quality control inspection when the fabric is in our quality control department. Packaging: Rolls are ranged in sizes from 200 meters up to over 1,000 meters according to our customers’ specific requests. Shipping warehouse : Since we exclusively weave ordered goods, the finished products are stored in this department to be then attributed to each order and prepared for shipment.
