Transmission system

(2) Regularly clean the oil filter and remove the dirt on the bottom of the tank, and regularly add lubrication to the lubrication point.

(3) The new gear transmission box has been filled with gear oil, and the new oil will be replaced every 4000 hours after operation.

Host

Check the patency of the cooling water, temperature (generally ∠ 26 ° C), feeding conditions, cylinder temperature and pressure, screw and cylinder wear.

Machine head

The size loss of the perforated plate, the damage and corrosion of the surface of the flow channel, whether the blockage occurs and affect the appearance and yield of the product.

Accessory device

(1) Check the operation of the drum shaker, motor, etc., and leak any seal parts.

(2) Cooling equipment and piping are required to be clean and clean, and there is no suspended impurities in industrial soft water. The water filter and water tank should be inspected and cleaned regularly, kept clean and replaced with new water.

Precautions

1. The main motor and the oil pump motor are electrically interlocked, that is, the oil pump motor does not start, and the main motor cannot be started.

2. The main motor control cabinet has overcurrent protection and has been set before leaving the factory.

3. When the heating temperature of each section reaches the set value, keep the constant temperature for 40-60 minutes before starting. Otherwise it will cause overload, twist the screw or damage the gear box and motor.

4, the raw materials produced by the user, it is strictly forbidden to bring in any metal debris.

5. When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to clean the material at the opening of the cylinder with metal objects.

6. Installation and disassembly of pressure sensor and material temperature thermocouple. When there is material in the machine head, it must be warmed up, and the material can be installed and disassembled after it is softened.

7. For circulating water in the cylinder cooling system, use demineralized water or distilled water. Otherwise, damage to the device is the responsibility of the user (not covered by the warranty).

8. The screw can only be started at low speed (≤20r/min). The idle time is less than 2 minutes. After feeding, the die hole of the standby head can be discharged to gradually increase the speed.
