Forged steel grinding balls introduction

Based on high quality raw steel materials, advanced automation equipment, heat treatment and strict quality control system, we can improve as follows:

1) High hardness: The surface hardness of the forged grinding ball is HRC 58-68. The tolerance of core hardness and surface hardness does not exceed 2HRC;

2) Good impact toughness: the impact toughness of the forged grinding ball exceeds 12J / cm²;

3) Low breaking rate: The actual breaking rate is not higher than 1%, close to 0.
