FORGED BALLS
Grinding Balls in alloy steel rolled and/or stamped.
We supply balls on a wide and complete range of hardnesses, with different
hardness profiles, to maximize the grinding performance in wear rate and impact
endurance, at a regular wear and with tailor-made alloys according to the mill and
milling material needs.
General specifications:
Diameters from 20 mm (4/5’’) to 150 mm (6’’)
Hardness from 56 HRC to 68 HRC
Breakage Rate: 1.0% max
Impact Test:
Ak. =12 J/CM2 min.
12.000 times minimum with a dropping test machine of 6 mts.
Packing: Big Bags (1000 kg) or steel barrels (900-950 kg/each).

CAST BALLS
Grinding cast balls and cylpebs in alloy steel.
We supply balls on a wide and complete range of hardnesses, with different
hardness profiles, to maximize the grinding performance in wear rate and impact
endurance, at a regular wear and with tailor-made alloys according to the mill and
milling material needs.

Hardness from 50 HRC to 65 HRC

FORGED STEEL BALLS — LARGE DIAMETER
Forged Steel Balls are used for gold mining, cement factories, oil processing and
large scale industrial applications. They are made by machine (standard) sizes
20mm–75mm. They are manually made (hit by air hammer) sizes 75mm–125mm. They
have hardness 55–63 HRC. All forged balls are through-hardened, and shipped in
steel drums. They range in sizes from 20mm–150mm.Standard lead time is 15–20
days FOB Qingdao,Shanghai,Ningbo,China.

HIGH CHROME CAST STEEL BALLS
High Chrome Steel Balls can be used for many different applications. They are
available in two grades—10–13% chrome (surface hardness ≥ 60 HRC, core hardness
≥ 58 HRC), and 14–18% chrome (surface hardness ≥ 62 HRC, core hardness ≥ 60
HRC). They have a very rough black finish which quickly wears off during initial
milling. After that, they have an excellent wear rate. They are available in sizes
8mm–130mm. They are shipped in steel drums with standard lead time of
15–20 days FOB Qingdao,Shanghai,Ningbo port,China.
