As automotive material, carbon fiber(CF for short) has the largest advantages - light weight, high strength, whose weight is 20% to 30% of steel\'s and hardness is 10 times of steel\'s. The Chinese Academy of Science has developed one car with CF on the shell. The researchers said that the largest features of CF composite car are lighter and faster while compared with normal steel cars. CF automobile has become armored car of the household automobiles in conjunction with the composite material. CF material has been applied in the skirt of high-speed trains.
