ZWL type direct-coupled self-priming sewage pump is a new structure pump developed on the base of ZW self priming sewage pump. The pump has the performance of self-priming and non-clogged sewage drainage and is directed coupled to the motor.

Self priming structure is for the axial back mixing type and through the unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channel.

The pump can be like general self-priming centrifugal pump. It does not need to install the bottom valve and irrigation water diversion and it can suck and discharge the liquids which contains larger particles, solid or long fiber etc. impurities.

ZWL self priming sewage pump can be widely used in municipal drainage project, studied the breeding, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical, electric power, chemical media such as fiber, paste and mixed suspension etc. impurity pump.

Operating conditions

1, chemical pump environment humidity 50℃, medium temperature 80℃, special requirements up to 200℃.

2. The PH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel.

3. The medium weight shall not exceed 1240 kg/m3.

4. The self-priming height shall not exceed the specified value of 4.5-5.5m, and the length of the suction tube shall be 10m.

5. The diameter of suspended particles is 60% of the pump diameter and the fiber length is 5 times of the pump diameter.
