ANSI Bellows Seal Gate Valve

The bellows gate valve is mainly used to cut off the media in the pipe, which can be used for full opening or full closing of different media, but cannot be used for throttling. UNIQUE bellows gate valve has the advantages of small fluid resistance and small torque required for opening and closing. The flow of the media is unrestricted and can be used in a ring network pipe where the medium flows in two directions. The structure length is relatively small, which is good for piping installation. In particular, this valve is designed with double seal of graphite and bellows, making the sealing property more superior to ordinary gate valve and greatly increasing the service life of the valve.

1.Bellows sealed gate valve, the key component of which is metal bellows, adopts automatic roll welding at its lower end and valve stem assembly, and automatic roll welding at its upper end and connecting plate, forming a metal barrier between fluid medium and atmosphere to ensure zero leakage of valve stem.
2.The valve has double sealing design (both bellows and packing). If bellows fails, valve stem packing will also avoid leakage and conform to international sealing standards.
3.The bonnet is provided with a greasing joint, which can directly lubricate the valve stem, nut and shaft sleeve, unlike the traditional method of only adding oil to threads.
