PVC Siding Extrusion Line

Vinyl siding is a kind of plastic exterior siding for houses and apartment buildings, used for decoration and weatherproofing, imitating wood clapboard, board and batten or shakes, and used instead of other materials such as aluminum or fiber cement siding. It is manufactured mainly from PVC resin, CaCO3 powder and other additives, such ascolor, opacity, gloss, impact resistance, flexibility, and durability. It is the most commonly installed exterior cladding for residential construction in the United States and Canada. Due to its top layer is covered with PVC, ASA, or PMMA, it can be used in hot, cold dry or wet place, can bear long time sun light, wind, rain and bad weather.

The siding products including: main siding panel, soffit siding panel, starting strip, J profile, interior corner (inside corner), exterior corner (outside corner), top angle corner, ending strip, connecting strip, fascia panel, F profile, waterproof strip and etc.

Kingz Machinery is an expert for PVC siding, vinyl siding, soffit siding panels and siding trims extrusion lines. This line consists of extruder, co-extruder, embosser, constant temperature oil tank, vacuum calibrator tank, punching machine, haul off, cutter and stacker. With lamination device, it also can produced laminated siding products.

According to customer requirement, we can supply ordinary speed(6-8m/min) and high speed(10-20m/min) production lines.
