Specifications
PVC-U cable trunking, UPVC cable chanel, PVC wiring cable duct, PVC wireway, PVC telephone duct, are widely used for general wiring installation and home decoration. It is easy to install, light to handle and very cost-effective.
Kingz Machinery has developed the most advanced PVC cable trunking extrusion lines. Depending on different size, we use SJZ51/105, SJZ55/110 or SJZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder as main extruder, Down stream equipment, we adopt YF108, YF180 or YF240 series PVC profile down stream equipment.
The machine is suitable for mini trunking, 10*8mm to 38*38mm, Maxi trunking such as 50*50mm to 150*150mm, round floor trunking and other kinds of PVC decorative trunkings. By adding special device, we can put self adhesive tape at bottom, to make self adhesive trunking.
By changing different extrusion moulds, this machine can also produce PVC window profile, PVC skirting board and other PVC profiles.
