PVC Trim Extrusion Line, PVC Corner Extrusion Line

This line is used to produce small PVC profiles, such as PVC trim, PVC corner, PVC ceramic tile trim, ceramic tile edge trim, PVC tile moulding, PVC sealing strip, PVC sealing band, PVC price tag holder, PVC inside corner, PVC outside corner, PVC wall angel trim, PVC H trim, PVC end cap, PVC coving, PVC quadrant, PVC angle, and etc.

The equipment includes: single screw extruder, extrusion mould, calibration table, haul-off unit, cutter and stacker.

For extruder, we can choose SJ45 or SJ65 single screw extruder.

According to final product shape, we can choose dual-strand mould and dual strand PVC profile down stream equipment.

For haul-off unit, depending on the product type, we can choose belt type haul off unit, silicon rubber roller type haul off unit and caterpillar type haul off unit.

Also we can install in-line punching machine to punch holes, symbols, words at the profiles.
