Rubber Marine Airbags - Ideal For Heavy Lifting

Heavy Lifting Airbags for Temporary Transportation

/Several heavy lifting airbags are under the caisson for lifting and moving.

Heavy lifting airbags - ideal for caisson lifting & moving

Heavy lifting airbags are the most tough pneumatic bags that are used to provide excellent land transport of various heavy & huge structures such as large vessels and heavy loads comparied with marine salvage airbags. They are more flexible and economical than traditional lifting methods like trolley without need of spillway construction.

Features:

  • High pressure
Special synthetic-tire-cord reinforcement make airbags stronger with working pressure up to 400 KPa.
  • High lifting capacity
One piece bag can lift heavy structures ranging form 70 tons to 1,000 tons in weight. Normally, caissons up to 5,000 tons or cofferdams up to 2,000 tons can be lift by our heavy lifting system.
  • Steady roll movements
When airbags are taking the load, they can roll steadily with large contact area and less reaction force to secure a smooth transportation and relocation.
  • /Several airbags are used to lift heavy concrete constructure

Several airbags are lifting a heavy concrete constructure.

  • Easy to operation
Only compacted ground and minimum facilities such as trolleys are needed. Meanwhile, heavy lifting airbags are easy to install as the deflated airbags are very fat and small to be placed under vessel's hull.
  • Lower cost
Using airbags helps to decrease 70% budget comparing with traditional lifting methods.
  • Various applications
Concrete caissons, pump houses, statues, bridge blocks and tanks, water diversion pipes, box culvert, gas drilling equipment, cofferdams and various heavy structures.

Details:
Cylindrical diameter: 0.8m to 2m.
Length: 6m to 20m.
Lifting capacity: 70 tons to 1,000 tons per bag.
