Expanded Metals are extensively used as background to plaster in order to reinforce walls against cracks and it is especially useful at joints of dissimilar materials. The main width of coil lath are 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm. The length can be 50/100m/ coil.

Lathing expanded mesh has strengthening cornices, low walls and balconies over door and window openings.
