MECHANICAL SEALS FOR PUMP

Mechanical shaft seal for water pump is a kind of dynamic seal assembly, which is widely used on the rotating shaft. It is also known as the end seal. Consisting of at least a pair of end faces which are perpendicular to the rotating shaft, mechanical seal acts on the end surface through fluid pressure and compensation mechanism (elastic force or magnetic force). In addition, auxiliary seal makes the joint surface stick and keep relative sliding, so as to prevent fluid leakage.
