Nickel Alloys are an ideal material for a wide range of applications, for example in gas turbines for both aerospace, energy and oil and gas.

Eplus3D\'s Nickel Alloys metal powder include IN625/2.4856, IN718/2.4668and HX alloys/2.4665. These Nickel Alloys metal powders have been tested for use on Eplus3D\'s affordable metal 3d printer. Eplus3D also offers a wide range of validated processes for each of the above materials to ensure that the performance of the 3D printed parts is fully met.

Parts printed using Eplus3D NickelAlloy IN625 are characterized by having high tensile, creep and rupture strength and are heat and corrosion resistant.

Parts printed using Eplus3D NickelAlloy IN718 show good tensile, fatigue, creep and rupture strength at temperatures up to 700°C making it ideal for many high temperature applications.
