The production process of dental invisible braces

step1. Mold scanning and 3D modeling/

Doctors use silicone rubber or high-precision oral scanners to capture patients\' oral data and turn them into digital three-dimensional models.

step2. Digital simulation correction design

According to the patient\'s specific situation, the experts of the American Dental Medical Center make diagnosis and design on the digital model, and design the 3D digital model of each step of the treatment.

Step 3.3D print the dental mold

The 3D digital model of each step of the treatment will be transformed into a light-cured tooth model by 3D printing laser rapid prototyping technology.
