SCR Plant
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) System basically reverses the process used to make urea. A urea solution is fed into a reactor, where it is heated under pressure to produce a gas mixture of
ammonia, carbon dioxide, and water vapor. This gas mixture is then delivered to the point of use.
As one of selective catalytic reduction suppliers, SUNKAIER uses ammonia water as SCR denitrification and reducing agent, which has certain advantages. It can not only avoid the use of liquid
ammonia with greater safety risk, but also avoid the use of urea with larger investment and higher operation cost. However, whether ammonia water, liquid ammonia or urea are used as SCR reducing
agents, they all need to be converted into ammonia gas and then enter the SCR reactor for denitrification reaction.
