The differences between common submersible slurry pumps

The common series of submersible slurry pumps produced by our factory include SP series and ZJL series. The SP series is further divided into SP and SPR. SP means that the flow parts are made of high chromium alloy, and SPR means that the parts below the flow parts and the mounting plate are made of natural rubber. ZJL only has one material - high chromium alloy.

The SP series introduces foreign water pump technology, and the ZJL series is independently developed by us. The transmission mode of the SP series can be direct coupling or belt transmission, while the ZJL series is generally a direct transmission. The lift of the pump can be changed by cutting the impeller. The SP series can be lengthened according to the depth of the slurry pool at the customer\'s site. Or shorten the shaft, but the ZJL series generally does not lengthen the shaft. The impeller of the SP series slurry pump is generally an open impeller, while the impeller of the ZJL series slurry pump is generally a closed impeller.
