The core steel and cavity steel of the mold are H2083 (HRC 48-50), while the shot life is 500K circles. The shot weight is 3.19 g and the circle time is 30 s. This product is used for warning light shade with scales in surface structure, and the way of design is benefit for spotlighting, which may make the user receives the light from all directions and make sure more safer.
