Nuevo Sol Partners, Inc.(the Company) is a Texas corporation which was formed in 1989 for theprimary purpose of supplying fixtures and equipment to the
hospitalityindustry, on an after-market basis. Nuevo Sol Partners, Inc.has typically purchased such equipment from major lenders to thehospitality industry, from major operators within the
industry, andfrom individual owners of such properties. These purchases aretypically bulk purchases, and sometimes include equipment which isoutside of, but nonetheless related to, Nuevo Sol
Partners, Inc. primary activities.All fixtures and equipment acquired by the Company are inspected andtested either by our personnel or appropriate professionals undercontract to the Company,
re-furbished as necessary, and then re-sold toother operators within the industry (typically mid-market and budgethotels).
