We manufacture ceramic foam filters used in foundries to filter molten metals and alloys like cast iron, ductile/sg iron, aluminum alloys, other non ferrous alloys. Use of filters ensures
elimination of slag and non metallic inclusions in the castings and also eliminates tubulance in the metal stream therby reducing further oxidation of molten metal. Very useful and a must for high
quality castings like automotive castings, pump and valve castings and others. These filters have very good strngth and withstand temperatures up to 1700 deg. C
Combinations of sleeve aand filter for direct pouring system are also available in various sizes.
Shrinkage feeding of castings and yield are one of the most important aspects in the casting foundries. Our insulite-75 and insulex-80 sleeves are highly efficient feeding sleeves used by many
