The working principles of the dust catcher is as follows,the dust contained gas enters into purify room throngh ash hopper to cause the big grain drops into the ash hopper and the dust is stopped into bag when through filter bag.The purofoed air goes into purify room and is removed into atmosphere by air machine.As the dust in the filter bag growing,to cause the machine resistance raises to the setting point,the circuit breaker outputs the signals and then the procedure controller begins working and turns on the impluse valves one by one to cause the pressed air blows the filter bag through valave and then the filter bag expands.Under the function of opposited air current,the dust which absorbs on the out surface of bag is broken away froon the filter bag fastly and dropped into grey and then the dust is removed from dust extraction valve.After all blowing work over,the dust catcher resumes to work.There are six specs for this product,filtering area is from 24m2to284m2,transacting air quantity is from 1500m3per hour to 9000m3 per hour.
Third working principles:
This series of dust catcher include six specs and each spec has two types:A type-standard with ash hopper and B-type-opened flange form(without ash hopper).Its structure is composed by filtering room,filtering bag,purify room,ash hopper,dust extration valve,impluse blowing collocation and electric cabinet.The body is jointed and access door is sealed by foam rubber to insure the dust catcher is rigorous and not leaking.
