Founded in 1987, Through 20 years effort, Vinayak has become a good mould company with good managing and manufacturing system depending on the experienced workforce. Equipped with high speed CNC, large and medium sized digital control lathe and precise EDM, mould test equipment such as projector, Vinayak not only guarantee the mould precision but also greatly shorten the lead-time. With the high tech software to analyze three dimensional mould flow simulation, we can optimize the mould design to decrease the cycle time. Vinayak ensure your production benefit from our good material, total manufacturing schedule and excellent after-sale service. Our company made the moulds according to the customers of various electronics equipment parts, household electric appliance, automatic and plastic cap etc. Simultaneity we have the production injection capacity, we supply multi-plastic caps for cosmetic packaging and medical packaging or the full set of packaging.
