We have our own manufacturing base.
We have used our diversification strategy to be
a full service custom injection molding with customers
worldwide.
Design
Our engineers are available to participate in the
design and development of new customer concepts
and products. Being proactive in design
allows for full utilization of our Solid Works software
systems, which leads to fewer design modifications, reduced design time, lower
tooling costs and higher quality finished products.
Prototyping & Product Development
We start each dispenser concept with a "clean sheet of paper" which allows our inhouse
product development team to develop new and innovative products. All new concepts
are proved (or disproved) with our three levels of in-house prototyping:
Handmade and CNC prototype parts
FDM (fusion deposit modeling) rapid prototyping
Aluminum prototyping injection mold tooling
Mold Making
We know quality parts begin with quality molds. Our in-house mold manufacturing focuses
on quality, economical molds, for our production requirements. Engineers are
also available to assist customers with final approval of custom mold designs.
After the mold design is completed, the tooling process is monitored closely, including
off-shore tooling, to ensure high quality molds. Tool progress reports keep our customers
informed of the status of every tool we build.
Injection Molding
We have 6 injection molding machines in our facility, ranging from 40 tons to 250 tons,
along with dedicated staff of technicians for product sampling, mold proving, and testing.
With a wide range of tooling and products, all with in built features, such as interchangeable
locks, logos, faceplates, turnknobs and view windows, We allow a broad
range of product customization, on request.
Value Added Services
To meet the customers need, we have on-line coloring systems for the injection molding
machines. We buy our resins in natural form, and depending on a customer's requirements,
color dispensers to their requirements. We have the ability to easily match new
colors or fit into a paper company's dispenser existing color scheme.
In addition to custom coloring, we also
offer several types of custom decorating:
- In mold decorating, where logos or
- unique cosmetics are molded directly
