One of the breakthrough patented design Lifting Tackle for handling raw and machined castings the light weight Tackle comprises of a lifting hook welded to a inverted'U'Bracket.A double faced turreted head pivoted to the inverted 'U' Bracket is provided with an eccentric lock lifting arm one on each face.One arm is bare metal to handle raw castings and the other with a brass sleeve for handling machined castings. The arm enters a through hole in the casting and locks into place. When the tackle is lifted up,the casting can be turned over by upto 90 degrees with ease as the tackle pivot point is aligned with the casting centre of gravity. The operator faces no hazzard in handling the casting and can hold it in the vertical,horizontal or inclined positions for placing on a pallet,conveyor or machine station or for inspection or for brushing/flushing out chips/turnings from the inner cavity of the casting.
One arm is bare metal to handle raw castings and the other with a brass sleeve for handling machined castings.
