ENERGY SAVING UNIT FOR THREE PHASE MOTORS Energy saving principle and scope of application: Sunworld power savers are used in the manufacturing industry of hardware, costume, shoes and toy etc. in which the industrial cloth vehicle (industrial sewing machine) is widely used and is the main production equipment for those enterprises. Actually, including the platform wagon, double pins vehicle, nail button vehicle, button door vehicle and some special framework equipments, the rate of utilization of the motor (electromotor) for the above is extremely low. For instance, the platform wagon works, basically only the motor is used when sewing machine working on the cloth. When worker settles the cutting pieces and the needle doesn't working on the cloth, the motor is working under idle state (power-free outputs about 55%). Several experiment show that the actual time of service of motor can't reach half when under the working state of Jingui small punch, Guoliang punch 5T-60T and other punches of different producing areas, only works under wattful state with about 30%-55% time. Sunworld aims at this phenomenon, taking the lead in adopting the advanced microcomputer electron technology and successfully developed the industrial intelligent power saver. The product aims at the waste phenomenon of electric energy for motor working, adopts unique ultra-intelligent auto control circuit of microcomputer technology, regulating the voltage and current during the running process of electromotor through the dynamic under the dynamic state to make the output power of electromotor tally with the working load. Even the working load somewhat changes, Sunworld electromotor intelligent power saver can detect the change within 0.01 second, under the conditions from zero load to light load to full load, keep the constant rev of motor be steady, "cutting" control the voltage to reach the purpose of energy saving. The power saving rate of Sunworld power saver can up to 50%-75% under wattles power (motor zero load) when it is installed the sewing machine with working time of 14 hours per day and per set of 0.25kw. Under wattful power (motor with load), the power saving rate can averagely up to 15%-25%, the average power saving can up to 40%-65% after installing the product. Excellence for the product: 1. Power saving is obvious. Single-phase power saving rate can up to 40%-65%, and three-phase power saving rate is 28%-43%. 2. The performance for the machine is coherent before or after installing the saver, there is no effect to the work efficiency. 3.
