Standard dosage : 0.9KG(1Bag)/Concrete(Mortar) 1M3 Can be increased according to the special purpose(increasing toughness etc.) or site condition. (0.9 to 4.5KG per cubic meter of mixture) |
| Mix Design | The reinforcing function of HOT FIBRE III in the mixture is not a chemical nut a physical process. And the amount of fibre are so much (volumetric ratio below 0.1%) that it effects little on mix design. |
| Mixing Method |
Putting : Put the applicable amount of HOT FIBRE III into the batch plant or job-site mixer Mixing time : When putting into the batch plant or job-site mixer, 3 to 5 minutes are recommended at the full revolution of the mixing drum. |

Same as common concrete (Mortar) Workability : Due to restricting plastic settlement cavitation, the slump value may be decreased but workability is the same as common concrete. No Water should be added only depending on your bare eye's criteria. If necessary, the plasticizer can be added Pumpability : As the fibre's slippery surface and less friction resistance, pumping is easier in the same slump value. |

- Increases the resistance to shock, damage

"HOT FIBRE III" is a fibre reinforcing material that prevents shrinkage and drying cracks and makes denser and stronger to concrete, mortar, stucco and plaster.
"HOT FIBRE III" is a new material of which the millions of fibres are in three dimensions distributed per 1M3 of mixture so that it may strongly connect up the textures with each other,
not only preventing the concrete from cracking but also having the resistance to shock, damage, corrosion, erosion, freezing and other harmful factors.
