We have been a supplier to the OEM market for pressed sheet metal parts and various types of door/hood hinges for passenger and commercial vehicles for automotive industry. GUNGOR OTOMOBIL YAN SAN.A.S, located in Organized Zone of Gebze (GOSB) at Kocaeli, in TURKEY at its modern plant. We became one of the most challenging company with 35 years of experience in its field. We began our activity in 1974 and during its improvement, a new plant in Bursa in 1993 has been involved in door/hood hinges for local and global OEMs.Since 1974, GUNGOR OTOMOBIL YAN SAN. A.S, has concentrated its main activity on the pressed sheet metal parts and hinges, at its Gebze and Bursa plants. The Company has various types of 40 mechanical and hydraulic presses with tonnage ratings ranging from 60 tons 1200 tons. In its die shop the Company has 5 CNC machining centers together with conventional machines required for die production. The Company is capable of design and manufacture of medium to heavy press dies for automotive industry. One of our strong competence is our engineering capabilities. We can able to load data from portals easily and quickly, so that we examine on it and we calculate necessary tool numbers with an optimum way and we carry on starting cost. Beside this, we can able to determine the best methods with simulations and tool processes applied with modern treatment methods by follow up the middle operations effectively. Moreover, paint controls and necessary trainings done by %100 control and we carry tools to trials quickly. In addition to all these, HLTO studyings can able to measure in %80 after 3 or 4 trials. Our tooling experience is in the highest level of international tooling. Our main customers are Ford-Kocaeli in Golcuk, Fiat-Tofas in Bursa, Autoliv and Sachs in Kocaeli. Other then that the Company deliver parts to various customers in Turkey and abroad such as DC AG, Wilhelm Karmann GmbH in Germany and Ford Southampton in England, Ixetic in Germany. Customer satisfaction is our priority at Quality Control Department. 3D measurement of all parts are available to measure and our laboratory is well-enough to capable of meet customer requirements.
