Different types of panel systems are available to meet a given application. These panels come in different aesthetic finishes including a variety of textures (light, medium and heavy texture), smooth finish, exposed aggregates, sand blast finish...etc. Our panels can be designed for a structural shear and gravity wall application with architectural finishes and / or could be designed for a cladding application. Insulated panels are available with a flexible range of R values.
Concrete precast columns and beams are manufactured in our facility to meet the structural and architectural requirements.
We offer hollow core as well as solid panels for floor application.
The Fintech Precast engineering design team has developed a precast concrete system for bridges that meets the latest bridge loading and design requirements. Our precast bridge system is designed to have the advantage of a one day installation schedule, saving weeks or months of construction time. Unlike cast-in-place bridges, our system does not require scaffolding or concrete forming and mitigates the impact on creek flow zones. Once the abutments are in place, our system can be set by a crane in one day and will accept traffice almost immediately. Since no curing at the job site is required for our system, guard rails, curbing, and a topping slab (if required) can be installed immediately after the beam and planks are set. We offer a deck plack that is ready for traffic or a plank that is prepared for a topping of A/C or concrete. We include embedded weld plates for curbs and guard rails, as well as the option for hanging utilities under the deck. We can also attach directly to existing steel bridge girders. Our bridge system can be designed for a variety of applications including, vehicles, temporary equipment, livestock, pedestrian, or wildlife. Our system can result in substantial cost savings and can be installed in almost any weather condintion; thereby, offering a large construction window.
