Quality Wire Products Co W.L.L is specialized in offering perforated sheets in various sizes and thickness range from 0.50MM to 8MM with normal hole pattern & micro perforated material.
Perforated metals are generally sheet metal with holes. These holes are punched either though punching press or through water jet cutting or through laser jet cutting or punching. After punching or cutting the sheet the punched sheets are straightened or flattened through a straightening machine to achieve the desired flatness. Perforated sheets are used in various applications such as decorative application; industrial application like insulation and sound proof applications and for filter applications. |

Perforated sheets made with die tool punching are a cluster of hardened tool fixed in a holder randomly punching the surface of the sheets to achieve the desired hole pattern. If the hole
patterns are irregular a single punch or a multi punch CNC press is used to achieve the desired hole patterns. The patterns are drawn in CAD and converted into electronic media and then fed
to the machine to achieve the desired hole pattern, All along punching is a set of punching tool running across the width of the sheet and with one single stroke the holes are punched on the entire width of the sheet and the punched sheet is moved by special take-up rollers so that the same tool can punch on the other area. With special controls available to maintain the movement of the sheets we achieve a precise hole pattern on the sheets. |

| For certain applications where the thickness of the sheet is very high water jet cutting punching is used to achieve the desired hole pattern. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Laser Punching | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| On the mechanical punching process the punching is done by a die tool and these tools having limitations like cannot punch hole less than the thickness of the sheet. In such cases laser punching system is used where by with laser beams we can achieve even putting micro pattern holes for specific applications. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
