The SNACKMASTER 360K Automated Cereal Grain Processing Plant produces 272 Kg. per hour of finished packaged breakfast cereal or 363 Kg. per hour of packaged snackfoods in a wide range of attractive shapes, colours and flavours, using all natural ingredients with low added salt, thus allowing genuine health food claims to be made. The SNACKMASTER 360K is the only complete Automated Cereal Grain Processing and Packing Plant designed and manufactured by one company available in the world and comes ready to go into immediate production supplying minimum populations of 100,000 people. The SNACKMASTER 360K is backed by over 20 years international experience and each Licensee is fully supported with a complete programme of skilled manufacturing and marketing know-how, coupled with the most up to date food technology, formulas, ingredients, quality control, registered and/or patented product designs, trade marks, packaging, special ingredients and raw materials which maintain and protect the highest product integrity and investment security. The SNACKMASTER 360K System recognises the worldwide need for Low Cost Cereal Grain Based Eat Out of The Packet Foods which are easily digested, nutritious and can be dietetically controlled to suit school lunch programmes, regional diet deficiencies, institutions and general convenience applications without the need for re-constitution or refrigeration with a shelf life of to the order of 180 days being readily maintained. Each SNACKMASTER 360K Plant can be purchased under License for Specific Areas at a cost that is readily amortised from the relatively high margins. In some cases we can offer a JV License to Manufacture which lowers the capital outlay. In all cases, we can negotiate a contract suited to your particular requirements. The SNACKMASTER 360K Automated Cereal Grain Processing Plant includes the following components assembled as one fully integrated unit. 1. One premixer grain hydrator. 2. Two grain hopper/screw elevators. 3. Two OVO?/STRONG> Extruders with two sets of augers, one die and one rotary cutoff knife for each machine. 4. Two twin flow centre feed conveyors and elevator to UVIRTOS?/STRONG> oven. 5. UVIRTOS?/STRONG> Infra Red Oven and Flavouring Trommel with 100 gallon oil holding tank, pump, sprayer, cheese hopper & feeder. 6. Demand feeder conveyors and live storage to packers. 7. Three Volumetric Model AUTOPAK FF&S Packaging Machines each with one set of cups, one forming tube, takeoff conveyors & rotary packoff tables. 8. Ancillary equipment such as, silo grain storage with in & out conveyors, gravity conveyor, metal detector, carton sealer & coder, conveyors, shrink wrap palletising system, forklift etc. can also be supplied as optional extras.
