4. Filtering : The crude oil comes out from the oil expeller and is pumped to the filter press to remove the sediment and impurities. The filtered oil is pumped to the storage tank.

3. Expelling : Then the seeds are sent to the oil expeller averagely by the screw conveyor.
The seeds are expelled by screw worm and can get high oil rate. The worm gear is made of alloy steel with heat treatment.
After pressing, the cake comes out and is sent to the cake cooler to reduce the temperature. After cooling, the cake would be crushed and
stored in the storage tank.

2. Heating : The oil seeds are sent to the continuous steam cooker by the constant screw
conveyor and roller filter which are equipped in the surge tank. In order to make good quality of oil, the seeds are heated with smooth
and continuous rolling inside the steam cooker to avoid over-heating the seeds.

1. Preheating : As soon as we start to produce, switches on the constant feeding device which is equipped in the raw material storage tank. The raw materials are sent to the batch cooker constantly.After preheating, removed moisture of the seeds can upgrade the production capability, and the seeds will be delivered to the surge tank.
